Biggie on Monday said the rupper up of the Head of House challenge wins the Veto Power and gets the ability to save and replace a nominated housemate even if they were the ones that had been nominated for possible eviction in week 7.
It was a battle of second place (runner up) from the Head of House (HOH) challenge.
