About Big Brother Naija 2018 Host, Ebuka Uchendu Biography – Ebuka Obi-Uchendu (born 14th July, 1982) is a lawyer in Nigeria and media personality, he is from Okija, Anambra, Nigeria. He is best known for the Big Brother Naija Season 2 reality show, Big Brother Naija Season 3, the long running TV show Rubbin ‘Minds on Channels TV and the co-host of The Spot and Men’s Corner Ebonylife TV.

Obi-Uchendu received several awards nominations and was named Best Television Presenter of the Year at the Nigerian Advertisers Merit Awards for his work on Rubbin ‘Minds. He was born in Benin City, Edo State, as the father of a banker and nursing mother. He is the third in a family of four with an older sister and an older, younger brother. He continued his kindergarten and elementary school studies in the city of Benin in the Midwest of Nigeria, including passing the joint entrance exam in elementary school.

Later he moved with his family to the capital Abuja. He graduated from Christ The King College in Abuja, graduating in 1997, before studying at the University of Abuja until 2004. He attended the Bwari School of Law in Nigeria, Abuja. Graduated in 2005 and returned to school. He graduated in December 2010 from the Washington Law School of the American University of Washington DC, with specializations in Master’s Degree in Intellectual Property Law as well as in Law from Communications and Law.

In 2006, he appeared as one of 14 potential roommates in the first season of the popular Big Brother Nigeria Reality Show and took eighth place. To this day, he is one of the most visible members of BBN 2006. In January 2017, he was announced as the host of the new season Big Brother Naija. After the reality show in 2006, he signed endorsement agreements with a major telecoms brand and a popular brewery, and so welcomes friend or foe in NTA, GLO Show, also in NTA and Guiness Greatness TV.
